Hi Kenneth and welcome. The 10mm has a thicker grip than the hellcat. I have average sized hands and Own both the XDM Elite in full size and Compact and fitment is actually quite good. Springfield XDM's have very ergonomic grip designs that fit most wel. Cheers and stay safe!

The 10mm will have a bit thicker grip but should serve your hand Size well. I don't feel you'll have any issues at all with grip.
