Hi Darcey, the only reason it would be restricted is if your state has a melting point law. Even then, those laws are not strictly enforced, and it may well be for sale locally. But Bud's goes by the letter of the law and will not sell to those states. I can not think of any other reason this would be restricted. Stay safe & have a great day!

Darcey, we're just customers as yourself not buds employees. If you post again with the state you live in might be able to give a reason why its restricted. It also may be compliant but buds website is restricting it for some reason. You can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday-friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Hope this helps some.
