It should be however Very few manufacturers explicitly make a 45+p rated gun. 45+p isnt even a saami spec round like 9mm+p or 38special+p. Which means 45+p is all over the place. Hi Jim and welcome. No Sir, according to Rossi's owner's manual. For safety and warranty reasons, Do Not fire +P .45LC ammunition in this firearm. Page 13 here: https://rossiusa.com/images/manuals/Rossi%20USA_Polymer%20Pistol%20Manual.pdf
