Most AR 15s are 223/5.56 nato calibers these will not work on them they do work on AR 15 style firearms chambered for 308/&,63 nato usually call AR10s

Hi Bruce and welcome. Not AR 15's which are usually chambered in 5.56 or .223. AR 10's are usually the .308 versions of the AR series rifle.
