I've read several of the reviews praising the Ruger over the Heritage Rough Rider. Why? I have a Heritage and NEVER had any trouble with it!! Plus, it has a WMR cylinder!! Does Ruger have a WMR cylinder????

I've read several of the reviews praising the Ruger over the Heritage Rough Rider.  Why?  I have a Heritage and NEVER had any trouble with it!!  Plus, it has a WMR cylinder!!  Does Ruger have a WMR cylinder????

ruger does not have a 22 wmr cylinder for the wrangler. I love rugers but in the zinc 22  Single actions I give the nod to Heritage rough riders over the wranglers. now my single six is a whole different story but a whole different price range  Note there is a 22WMR super wrangler but it is a steel gun and the cylinders will not work with the wrangler

Clifton, Ruger does have a .22 magnum cylinder for the new Super Wrangler, which comes with both .22lr and .22wmr cylinders. (You cannot use the .22wmr in original Wrangler)  I actually own the Wrangler, Super Wrangler, and Heritage Rough Rider and if I had to choose a best one, I couldn't. I enjoy shooting all three.
