Hi Anthony, no sir, it is not MD compliant. Prohibited - Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that have an overall length of less than 29 inches. The collapsed length on this rifle is 28.5" https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf
