sorry it is not legal in NJ because of the 7+1 capacity "The following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip." https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
