Hi Joel and welcome. It looks to be relatively easy at 6:20 in this disassembly reassembly video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2A-Wt6kt0PM -- Cheers and stay safe!
Sproing goes the spring. It should lighten up after a good break in.
with slide off and upside down place barrel in slide. put spring on guide pin put end of spring in bottom of frame grab guide pin eith thumb and fore finger of right hand ( I have slide on it back going from left to right in front of me) hold back of slide with left hand pulls guide pin to right and slip into barrel assy (not flat piece up hole down) if it is to strong you can slip a small allen wernch or screw driver in the hole to give you something to grab slide barrel assy back onto frame until you can engage the safety put safety on and reinsert take down pin, slide stop you are now done (I just used mine for a walk through so Idid not miss any steps)
