Apparently, MC P35 Match is the only model WITHOUT a magazine disconnect feature. Other MC P35 models have magazine disconnect. I hope this helps!

yes it does have a magazine disconnect. mine is packed up and going to the range today

Hi Jay, ye sir, this pistol incorporates a magazine disconnect safety, so the pistol will not fire with the magazine removed. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Jay and welcome. Yes, the MC P35 Match does but the PI Light Weight has no magazine disconnect. Cheers and stay safe!
