Normally Howa legacy packaged rifles come with the scope mounted and bore sighted, however I can not find and thing that states that this rifle package is mounted and bore sighted. William, I cannot find anything to confirm this model, but other models of Howa-Legacy guns come with the scope mounted & bore sighted at the factory. Stay safe & have a great day!
