Hi Jonpaul, no this will not fit the Glock 19x. Bud's description is not correct, this is a light only, not a laser combo. If your 19x is a Gen 3 or 4, the TLR-10 will work. https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/tlr-10 , If you have a Gen 5, there are no Streamlight products that will work.
