I just searched this model number at the site below. The "0" is missing from the beginning of the model number here at Bud's but that may just be an error on Buds part as the Model number 05452 IS on the Approved gun list.

Hi Sam, yes sir, this is on the CA approved roster. There needs to be 5 digits, so they just added a 0 to Ruger's model 5452. It is CA legal. Stay safe & have a great day!
