buds sells to the public firearms will be shipped to a FFL holder (that you select) in your home state and you will pay them a fee to do the transfer and paperwork

Yes. Anyone who can legally purchase a firearm can buy from Buds. The firearm will be shipped to the local FFL of your choosing for you to fill out ATF form 4473. You would then take possession of your firearm.
