Can I purchase this firearm in Suffolk county New York? I live on Long Island so our laws are different from NYC. I can seem to get a clear answer.

Hi Antonio, yes this is NY State legal. It has none of the prohibited features for a shotgun. It has 3 separate tubular magazines, each one 5 rounds. They must be manually rotated, so the 7rd magazine limit does not apply. There is no magazine that holds more than 7 rounds. It does not have a thumbhole stock, it is a pistol grip. Totally NY legal. If I am wr0ng, Jason will chime in, he is a NY resident and up on NY gun laws.
