You can but unlike a slide with an optic cut at the rear the optic on this will sit midway down slide.

Hi Rita, the slide is not cut for optics like most optics ready guns. This has a pic rail, so your optic would need a picatinny mount, and as Jason stated, your optic will sit further toward the front than most optics. Stay safe & have a great day!
