Apparently the State of Minnesota prohibits the importation of handguns where the frame, barrel, cylinder, slide or breech-lock is composed of any material with a melting point less than 1000 degrees F. This ordinance prohibits includes Walther rimfire pistols. So I am wondering if this new model is of better build quality where is not supject to this ordinance. thank you
