Hi and welcome. The reset is a little long but not bad and you will get used to it in short order. Most with issues are from the striker fired crowd. Cheers and stay safe!

As with any firearm, you'll have the "I don't like it crowd". I have a couple of Glocks and guys are always stating "Change out the trigger!" I'm fine with the trigger take-up, break & reset on my Glocks. So, even though some say what they have about the CZ, you may find no issues with it at all.
