Hi Doug and welcome. This is the old Mauser Style Bolt : The bolt has three lugs arrayed in two rows for a total of six lugs. The lug layout is such that, when the bolt is opened, there is a lug at 6-­o'clock and the extractor rides on the lug located at 2:30. cheers and stay safe!

Hi Doug, no sir, while it still has a controlled feed, this is not the old Mauser Bolt. CZ is no longer making the Mauser-based actions it has been renowned for over decades. The CZ 600 series has an all-new design. Excerpts taken from article - CZ is known for making classic, square bridge, Mauser-style bolt action rifles. While still a great configuration that works quite well, technology has moved on and CZ decided it was time to move with it. The bolt has two rows of three locking lugs and a compact 60-degree bolt throw, with the exception of the mini action which has only three lugs. Significant effort went into the bolt design. CZ ditched the classic Mauser claw extractor for a more modern AR- or Sako-type but still managed to make it control round feed. Another feature is the controlled ejection.
