Hi Andy, yes sir, this will safely fire slugs. It comes with 3 Chokes: Cylinder, Modified, & Full. You will get best results using rifled (foster) slugs with the cylinder choke tube. Do not shoot slugs through a full choke. Stay safe & have a great day!
