How do I enter the amount for the gift card?  When I add the card to the card it comes as $1.  I don't see a prompt to enter an amount.

Robert, you just add however many you want the gift card to be. Example,  Add 300 for a $300 Gift Gard.

click add to cart go to view cart it will show Qty. of 1 change QTY to match the dollar amount that you want IE $100.00 gift card the QTY would be 100 hit checkout it will shoe the qty and the total price after everything complete (Checked out and paid for)  it will show up  as a $100. card (if that is amount  you selected)
