Hi Jad and welcome. This will depend entirely on the date this was manufactured. New old stock or new stock current model. You can  see if Buds Customer Service can confirm which they have for sale at  1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
