Hi Gary, today is a Federal Holiday, Bud's employees may be off. Even so, Bud's has been short staffed and getting through on the phone is not as easy as it once was. You can try the blue chat button, but that is not the same anymore either. Good luck, stay safe, & have a great day!

Hi Gary and welcome. In short, yes. Short staffing has caused a backup and reduction in call answering. I would try the Blus Chat button in the lower right to chat with a representative. Cheers and good luck!
