Hi Ken, unfortunately Bud's will not ship to a FFL, even if the FFL agrees to pin the magazines. Sorry but this is Bud's policy. Stay safe & have a great day!

Buds long standing policy is to just remove the states non-compliant magazines and leave you to purchase your state compliant magazines separately.

no they will ship the gun without a magazine it is then up to you to get a 10 round magazine
