if I am understanding what you are asking it will not work that SOR 52001 is a red dot sight that you look through and the sig p365 has the rail under the barrel so there would be no way to sight through the red dot

Hi Steven and welcome. Unfortunately, this sight, SOR 52001 is made for a Picatinny Rail. If you had a Picatinny rail on the P365, this would be possible but not practical as this is a carbine/rifle sight. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Steven, no sir, this mounts on a rail on top of the firearm. Your rail is under the barrel. Stay safe & have a great day!
