Technically this is semi auto so not really a machine pistol, it's really just a short barrel rifle that is legal without a tax stamp because it doesn't have a stock. The issue though is that you run a very serious risk of over penetration with rifle calibers and you could easily end up shooting through walls and hurting someone.
