Hi Cal, .300 Blackout is the only ammo you can use in a gun chambered for .300 Blackout. It is not like 5.56 that can also shoot .223. 300 Blackout has no twin round. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Cal and welcome. No, .300BLK is 30 caliver and the only round you could fire. You would need to get another upper to fire another caliber. Cheers and stay safe!

If it's chambered for 300 BO then that's all you can load in and shoot.
