I just purchased this firearm and it really lacks quality. They did debur the machined edges that actually cut my fingers up. The bullets jamb and chunks are taken out of the lead. If you cycle a full magazine through the chamber the majority of the bullets get stuck and do not eject. Ejecting a dead round without jamming is extremely important for safety. This gun was never cycle or they just do not care. The gun operated fine if you fire the rounds. But of you have a dead round,; your dead?

That's a bummer, sorry, I know a malfunctioning firearm can be a real drag after investing time & money.
I'd give Ruger a call as it seems like you may have a Dud and they will have to replace it if it's not repairable.
