Yes, as with the Aguila ammo, they would be safe to shoot out of your M&P compact but, like +P centerfire ammo you don't want to feed it a steady diet of Hyper velocity ammo as it may induce wear on internal parts in shorter intervals requiring more frequent maintenance/cleaning & possible repair/replacement of parts.
