Yes, they would be safe to shoot out of your M&P compact but, like +P centerfire ammo you don't want to feed it a steady diet of Hyper velocity ammo as it may induce wear on internal parts in shorter intervals requiring more frequent maintenance/cleaning & possible repair/replacement of parts.

Hi Michael and welcome. Yes, these are safe. With any high velocity loads, just be sure and increase cleaning, maintenance and inspection frequency as higher power loads will accelerate wear on any firearm over standard velocity loads. You will be fine. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
