Hi Carmen and welcome. This model comes with a Picatinny mount. You would need a picatinny rail on your Mark 1 to mount or an (Vortex®, EOtech®, Docter®, Insight®, Meopta®, optics plate. Your Mark 1 may not have an optics cut slide for mounting this with the picatinny rail mount attached. Cheers and stay safe!

This will require a standard piccatinny rail to mount on you Ruger Mark 1.
