You can but this is more along the lines if a home defense style shotgun, it would probably be best suited for turkey hunting hunting at a close distance, the accuracy would suffer after about 30 or 40 yards, depending on what you want to hunt I would go with something more along the lines of maybe a Winchester sxp 26" barrel. Well rounded for multi game purposes

Hi Jeremy and welcome. Yes you can. Check your local shotgun hunting laws for magazine capacity limits (if any) and make sure to get the appropriate capacity detachable magazine or magazine limiter. that depends Please check all state and local hunting regulations. I can tell you it is illegal for migratory birds due to a 3 round ammo limit. I can also say you could not practice with it at any of the clay ranges I belong to
