I live in upstate NY and am curious if this counts as new york legal still, a few years back I almost owned one and it was legal then back in 2018 but with the dual tubes I'm unsure if it still is okay to have since both tubes loaded up is over 10 rounds which is the legal limit here. Since it has 2 tubes I am unsure if its legal or not. Thanks for any and all responses and my apologies for my lack of understanding.

We have these cone through my local store and they sell out each time here in upstate NY. Seperate mag chambers & pump make this okay for our Gun oppressed state.

Hi Mark, since each tube does not exceed 7rds, and you have to manually swap the gun to fire from magazine to the other, it is NY compliant.
