I'm a fellow NY'r and there's more to buying an AR here in NY than just the 10 round mag cap. This rifle has a Flash hider "Feature" which is not allowed. Also, the magazine would need to be fixed into the lower so it can't be removed. Bud's will not send out a Non-compliant Firearm for your FFL to remedy and make compliant. Also, Bud's does not do any gunsmithing to make it compliant. Below are the "NY compliant" AR's available here at Buds.
