Hi Artee, it is not NJ compliant as configured, due to the threaded barrel and adjustable stock. You can find this locally in NJ gun stores with the stock pinned and thread protector pinned/welded to be compliant. I have seen this is quite a few gun shops in NJ. Unfortunately Bud's won't ship to your FFL to be made compliant, so you need to buy locally. Stay safe & have a great day!
