no you CAN NOT shoot 22 long or 22long rifle ammo in a 22WMR the 22 wmr case is larger than a standard 22 (Short, long or long rifle) upon firing the case could rupture and spray out hot gases and case shrapnel.

Hi William and welcome. No Sir. It will shoot 22 Magnum only due to the difference in case dimensions.
