james do you know star and rolled crimp shells are the same length (2.75) inches after firing the advantage of rolled crimp is due to the shorter crimp you have more internal capacity Fold crimp 2.75" hull loaded length is 2.35" Fold crimp 2.75" hull loaded length is 2.35"
