Jon, yes sir, this will fit and function just fine on a saint victor as will any milspec AR-15/M16 style pistol grip. I've tried alot of different AR grips and the best I've found is one by hogue, not quite as good looking but extremely comfy. If interested here's a link to one that'll fit.
