This pistol is most comfortable for IWB carry in the 4" model. This will depend on getting the right holster for your build as well.
I find that carrying Both IWB and OWB depend at least as much on the holster and especially the BELT as it does on the gun> I don't find much difference between 4 and 5 inch guns as long as you have a good holster belt combo The 4 inch is slightly better OWB than the 5 inch it does not peak out of the bottom of your shirt/jacket as easily
