Richard, as mentioned this is not legal in new Jersey due to the collapsible stock, pistol grip, threaded barrel, and flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps. Hi Richard, it is not NJ compliant as configured. You can buy it in a local gun shop where they will pin the stock and replace the flash hider with a compensator, then pin & weld to make it NJ compliant.
