Hi Avery and welcome. No, this is chambered in .38 Special only. A .357 version could fire both .357 Mag and .38 Special. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Avery, no this is chambered for .38 special only. It will not safely fire .357 Stay safe & have a great day!

no the 357 ammo is not safe in a 38 special gun
