Does this also come with a buffer tube, if not does it fit a mil-spec or commercial size buffer

Hi Andres and welcome. Buffer tube is not included. This has the Shorter 0.8" (20mm) in length collapsible buttstock for MIL-SPEC buffer tubes. Cheers and stay safe!
