Yes, you need to have all firearms shipped to an FFL in your state for transfer/pickup from them. The only guns that can be shipped directly to you, with some exceptions, are muzzle-loading black power rifles/pistols/shotguns.

All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL in your state to do the transfer you will pay them a transfer fee set by your local ffl usually $15-$35
