You'd need to speak with the FFL dealer you plan to use to inquire about their fees. What you pay at checkout here is the final cost from Buds', but transfer fees are entirely determined by the dealer you'd work with.
for $50 I would support my local dealer. if you go with buds you will have to pay the transfer fee set by your FFL most of them are from $15-$50
Hi Anthony, the FFL sets the fee for the transfer. When you buy from Bud's, you will have that additional transfer fee, which in my state can range from $25-100. I would buy locally for $50 more, you would end up paying that in a transfer fee if you bought on line. When you purchase from the dealer, there is no transfer fee. (in my home state anyway) I do not know if there are any other fees associated with the state of CA, but you would end up paying them either way. Stay safe & have a great day!
