2 3/4 shells only comes with 3 rem chokes (IC mod and full) this barrel will fit on and convert a Remington 1100 3 inch gun to shoot 2 3/4 shells (you can go from a 3 in to a 2 3/4 barrel but not from a 2 3/4 to a 3 inch) the major difference between the Remington 1100 and the Remington 11-87 is the 11-87 has the ability to shoot 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells interchangeably while the 110 is either 2 3/4 or 3 inch
