there is no Sami standards for a +p 10 mm rounds and glock says sammi standard ammo so it is not rated for a +p 10 mm will it handle it Yes would I would not worry about shooting a +p 10mm if it was necessary for bear I recommend these https://www.buffalobore.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=571

Hi Jonathon, the G40 is rated for +P ammo. from the Glock FAQ - "We recommend using ammunition that is manufactured and meets SAAMI or other industry standards, and while some +P ammunition meets these guidelines, +P+ usually does not. This ammunition may generate a higher pressure than standard ammunition, which could shorten the life of the parts of your firearm."
