6.5 x 55 Swedish is a "Long Action" Cartridge. I originally looked up the 6.5 Creedmoor Gabe. 6.5x55 is usually offered in a standard (.30-06) length action(Long).

Its a long action due to the length of the 6.5 x55 Swedish (cartridge determines long or short action)
