I am assuming you are referring to a firearm and would like magazines left out for the purpose of complying with state laws that mandate restricted magazine capacity. If that's the case, yes you can have high capacity magazines left out when a firearm is shipped. You should be prompted for this option during the checkout process when you select an FFL dealer in your state.
