No, this is a regular G45 and not the MOS model. I don't believe there is another Lipsey's exclusive such as this with the threaded barrel and sights for the MOS model.

Hi Wilfredo and welcome. This model is not factory Optics Ready. You could add a Dovetail Optics Plate for an Optics in place of the rear sight : https://velocitytriggers.com/product/glock-red-dot-mount/

Sorry but this G45 is not an MOS optic ready model. You can however have the slide milled to fit whatever optic you'd want to go with.
