Hi Lee and welcome. No Sir. Restrictions 1, 2, 4 and 5 apply (even with a 10rd magazine) here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
It would not be compliant due to its ability to accept a detachable magazine and having 2 or more restricted features which in this case are the telescoping stock, pistol grip, and flash hider. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
That would be a no. Off the top of my head It has an adjustable stock which must be FIXED "Non-Adjustable" & has a threaded barrel.
Hi Lee, even with a 10rd magazine, Dictator Murphy says you can't own this gun, it has too many 'evil' features. Adjustable Stock Threaded Barrel Flash Hider Pistol Grip You are allowed a pistol grip if that is the only 'evil' feature. So you want an AR15 with a fixed stock & non-threaded barrel. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf , Stay safe & have a great day!
no it has 2 many banned features see ***** The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: ****1. Folding / telescoping stock ****2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug *****4. Flash suppressor ****5. Threaded barrel 6. Grenade launcher https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
