Hi Dave and welcome. No Sir. The Stock would need to be fixed and the barrel non-threaded to be NJ legal. Cheers and stay safe!

If I'm not.mistaken, the Folding stock and flash hider make this model a no go for NJ.

I think the stock needs to render the gun unable to fire when it is folded.

Hi Dave, this is not NJ legal due to folding stock, threaded barrel, and flash suppressor. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf , Dictator Murphy makes no distinctions between rimfire & centerfire rifles. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.
